About Jenifer Levini
Ms. Levini received a B.A. degree with Honors from the University of California at Santa Cruz. She received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California Hastings, School of Law in San Francisco, with awards for excellence in Contract Law, Property Law & Tax Law.
Prior to opening Levini Law in 2016, she worked for a large law firm in San Francisco, a small law firm and for the Superior Court of Sonoma County in both the Civil and Family Law divisions. She is a member of the California Bar, the Santa Cruz County and San Diego County Bar Associations. Ms. Levini is a creative, tenacious and strategic advocate. She is one of only a few lawyers in the entire state of California with over 50 5-star reviews on Yelp.
Jenifer is the author of three books on housing law with another one in the works. She works tirelessly to help end the housing crisis. This includes consulting with government agencies to write new building and zoning codes to improve housing and serving on an international committee at ASTM to develop worldwide standards for tiny homes. She is a graduate of Leadership Santa Rosa and Leadership Santa Cruz and was awarded a Certificate of Recognition by the California State Legislature. Jenifer collaborates with about a dozen local lawyers, as needed, if a situation requires additional legal skills or expertise.
