If the buyer and seller have found each other, you do not need a realtor. Save your money and work with a lawyer instead!!! These are called For Sale by Owner transactions or FSBOs. If you need help marketing your property, showing your property to prospective buyers, or finding a property to buy then you should work with a realtor.
